Kindly note that there are three ways to log into Magisto: E-mail, Facebook or Google.
Please make sure you log into your Magisto account (either on your mobile device or via our website) using the same credentials used when upgrading the account or creating a video.
You should have received emails from Magisto - please search your different mailboxes for it.
You may need to log out of your current user and log back in to the correct account.
In case you are using the mobile app - please go to settings and tap "Locate existing subscription" ("Restore subscription" in the old app versions). You should receive a notification with details about your subscription status.
If you confirm that you are logged in using the same credentials used when upgrading the account/creating the video and still cannot trace the upgrade/videos, reach out to Magisto's support (https://www.magisto.com/support) and send us a receipt received from us/Google Play/Apple and/or links to videos created on the account, so we can assist with tracing your account/videos.
