Please make sure you are logged into your Magisto account when submitting a request.
The support team's hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday, 06:00 - 15:00 (UTC/GMT), with priority customer support for Business subscribers after the regular business hours.
Magisto does not offer phone support as it is not as efficient for the type of technical support offered, which usually involves exchanging links and logs as well as processes with built-in wait times (like waiting for a video to upload). Focusing on email support allows us to efficiently serve our video makers in the most effective way possible.
