Users can upgrade their accounts through their mobile devices using iTunes and Google Play. Magisto subscriptions automatically renew to prevent service interruption. Please view our cancellation and refund policy if you have any questions about terminating your subscription.
For iOS users
1. From the Home page, tap on the Profile icon.
2. Tap on the Settings icon and tap “Settings”.
3. Depending on the subscription you currently have, you will either see the option to “Go Premium” or “Upgrade now”. Tap on the appropriate option to begin the upgrade process.
4. You will then see the available upgrade options. Tap “Buy Now” for the subscription you’d like to purchase.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the transaction.
For Android users
- From the Home page, tap on the Profile icon.
- Tap on the Settings icon and tap “Settings”
- Depending on the subscription you currently have, you will either see the option to “Go Premium” or “Upgrade”. Tap on the appropriate option to begin the upgrade process.
- If necessary, verify your identity to confirm your purchase.
- Choose the payment you would like to use for the purchase, and select “Buy”.
NOTE: If you had purchased an upgrade but have not seen it applied to your account, first go to Settings and tap "Locate existing subscription" or "Restore subscription" in older versions. If you are still having issues, make sure you are logged in with the same Magisto credentials used when purchasing the upgrade.
