We currently have an important feature in some of our editing styles, which allows our artificial intelligence to highlight an image(s) in your video. Typically it will detect a face or smile to zoom in on. Sometimes our artificial intelligence will zoom in on an image with text or an edited graphic that may result in images getting cut off.
To avoid this:
1. Try using unedited, raw footage without text to create your videos.
2. Try and decrease the level of graphics in the editing style when editing. Just click on the Video Settings tab and you should be able to minimize it from there.
3. Choose a different editing style with less graphics.
* Note that this could also be related to the video orientation/format - in case you mix Portrait and Landscape footage in the same video.
