If you cannot hear any sound while playing your Magisto videos on your iOS device - it is possible that your device is set to "vibrate" or "silent" mode (Further information can be found here).
Once your device is set on vibrate/silent mode - audio/sound from certain apps will not be heard.
To solve this, all you have to do is put the device in Ring mode!
If you still aren't able to hear sound, it may be that your original audio is muted.
